Honoured as “One of the Top New Golf Courses in Ontario”, by Ontario Golf Magazine in 2006, The Course at River’s Edge offers players of all skill levels a challenging and enjoyable golfing experience.   At 6,950 yards, River’s Edge Golf Club features five par 5’s throughout its’ par 73 course.  Numerous ponds and creeks come in to play throughout the 18 holes.

Located in Bancroft Ontario, River’s Edge Golf Club and Community is within convenient reach of  Haliburton, Apsley, Peterborough and Belleville.  Carved from 500 acres of wooded terrain with stunning scenery of the Canadian Shield and the Eagle’s Nest Lookout, River’s Edge Golf Club and Community also lies along the York River, a lovely historic river which runs from Algonquin Park to the nature reserve Egan Shutes.

All season you will find a variety of activities and events in which you can participate.  The Ladies gather on Tuesday Nights, Wednesday is Men’s Night and Monday afternoons and evenings special rates apply for Juniors accompanied by an adult.  Private Lessons and Group Clinics conducted by C.P.G.A. Professional, David Thain, are scheduled at convenient times throughout the golfing season.

And of course, there’s the Clubhouse, able to accommodate up to 145 guests, and complete with patio, snack bar, banquet facilities, and bar.  Special rates apply for tournament functions.  Be sure to take advantage of the facilities and meet a friend, relax after your round, or host a private event!
